Fix Windows 10 Activation Error 0xc004f014

Solution 1. Use Windows 10 Media Creation Tool

1. Navigate to the official Microsoft website and download Windows 10 Media Creation Tool. Use Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to fix Windows 10 Activation Error 0xc004f014.
2. Right-click on the .exe file and select Run as Administrator.
3. Accept the agreement and click Next.
4. Click on the Create installation media for another PC and press Next.
5. Set the language, architecture, and Edition.
6. Deselect Use recommended option for this PC option.
7. Select Windows 10 Edition and Architecture 64-bit / 32-bit according to the properties of your PC.
8. Once done, click Next.
9. On the Media Selection window, plug in your USB flash drive, and press Next.

Solution 2. Find Sources folder

1. Open USB and find Sources folder.
2. Open it and create a new TEXT file.
3. Rename the file to PID and open it.
4. Type the following values to it: Value=xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
   Here xxx… stands for your License key, so you have to copy your Windows license key and enter it instead of xxxx.
5. Save everything and close the file.

Solution 3. Upgrade Windows 10

1. Open USB and go to Setup.exe, which can be found in Root folder.
2. Double click it to run.
3. Follow the instructions and select Upgrade keeping your Personal files and Apps.
4. Once done, take your time and wait for Windows 10 to get upgraded.

Solution 4. Use Troubleshooter

1. Open Settings which can be found by clicking on the Start menu.
2. The choose Update & Security. Try using Troubleshooter to get rid of the Windows 10 Activation Error 0xc004f014 message.
3. Click the Activation button and navigate the Troubleshoot to the right side.
4. Choose Yes if the program asks for permission to allow changes.
5. The Troubleshooter will detect activation problems.
